5to Anniversary...What does this mean? This month marks our fifth year anniversary. Meaning, we have another good excuse to celebrate and to be proud. In January 2000, my father and myself – amongst others who partnered and contributed, some of whom have left and others who remain – embarked on the journey of starting a law firm that would make a difference both with clients and with those who would serve them. Costa Rica was, and still is, a competitive legal market and differentiation was key to remaining afloat, even more so if you wanted to succeed. We relied heavily on a distinguished family business tradition and appreciated the trust granted by those few clients who have remained with us since day one. October is a random choice, more a result of when we moved into La Bodega, which ultimately helped us define our identity, than by the starting point itself. Five years later we still relish in the distinguishing traits which have propelled us forward. We respect more than ever the values that have kept us whole throughout. We treasure the relationships established with our clients, we reciprocate their loyalty and share in their vision for the future. And, we look forward to the challenges and opportunities the future will offer us. As cliché as it may sound, in our case the more things change the more they stay the same. We have kept true to our beliefs since day one and keep on adapting to the ever-changing conditions of our client's needs and our own.8 |
