Ricardo Vargas

Ricardo Vargas heads our off-shore and estate planning practice area and advises as counsel on corporate labor matters, having counseled several local and international companies as head counsel. Ricardo's experience includes litigation, tax issues, trusts, and complex notary transactions. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Centroamerica (1995), concluded the Tax Masters program offered by Universidad de Cooperacion Internacional (1997), and has participated in several local and international seminars on various legal topics. Mr. Vargas is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, International Bar Association (IBA), and the International Tax Planning Association (ITPA).
