Mauricio Bonilla

Mauricio Bonilla heads “Oller IP”, the Intellectual Property department of our firm, which focuses primarily on trademark registration, protection, and enforcement, but also provides services in patents, copyrights and product registration. Having participated in several regional mergers, Mauricio has experience beyond trademarks, participating actively in corporate advice and real estate matters. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Centroamérica (2002) and has participated in several local and international seminars. Mauricio is a member of the Costa Rican Bar Association, Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI), International Trademark Association (INTA), American Bar Association (ABA), and is a founding member and has been Vice-President of the Costa Rican Association of Intellectual Property Professionals (APPICR). Mauricio is married and father of a girl.
