Leonardo Castro

Leonardo Castro works in our division of Public Law, providing advice in administrative contracting proceedings, public concession projects, energy and telecommunications projects, as well as filing actions before the Constitutional Chamber. The experience he gained when working at the Judicial Branch has allowed him to provide support to the litigation division of the firm in connection with administrative and court proceedings against the Government. He has a Licentiate’s Degree in Law of the University of Costa Rica (2008) as well as a degree as a Technician in Business Administration of the Technological Institute of Costa Rica (2006).
