Vivian Jiménez

Vivian Jiménez is part of the firm’s corporate practice. She brings support in the development, creation and follow-up of commercial companies and associations; creation and analysis of commercial contracts, and other matters related to the day a day of the companies. She also brings support in the Competition Area, specially in the assesory and analysis of claims from consumers and anti-competitive behavior. Vivian has been part of Oller Abogados since 2007 working as a paralegal in the said areas. She is graduated from the Fidélitas University of Costa Rica (2008), and member of the Costa Rican Bar Association since 2008.
